  Those who interested doing sex with dead bodies they might be called Necrophilia.

NECROPHILIA MEANS...

Nekro : Dead body

Philia : Attracted to love

Necrophilia is defined as paraphilia whereby the perpetrator gets sexual desire while having intercourse dead.

               KINDS OF NECROPHILIA

1. Homicidal : It is the most dangerous. These Necrophilic kill living individuals to have sexual relation with them.
2. Regular : This kind of people steal dead bodies from mortuaries and prefer intercourse with dead.
3. Romantic : These Necrophilic are unable to accept that the fact a loved one has passed away. They usually mumify the bodies of their loved ones and continue to have                        intercourse with dead.

   Indian laws pertaining to Necrophilia

Section 297 of Indian penal code whoever commit trespass in any place of worship or on any place of grave or any place set a part from the performance of funeral rites or as a depository for the remains of the dead be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to one year or with fine or with both.

Analysis:- Section 297 is not suffice to penalize Necrophilia what if they do not commit a trespass instead of they steal the body from somewhere else or keep the body without knowing anyone.

And if they trespass the punishment of 1 year or fine or both is not suffice for this crime.

Section 377 of the Indian penal code whoever voluntarily has carnal intercourse against the order of nature with any man or women or animal shall be punished with life imprisonment.

Analysis:- It can be against natural but voluntarily makes it different because dead ones can't give consent so it is outside the scope of section 377.

NITHARI KAND (2006)

In this case the accused used to murder hs victim in his living room before dragging their bodies upstairs to a bathroom and attempting to rape them and then chop them into small peices to cook them and throw the rest into the drainage behind his bungalow .

The accused and his servant were charged with murder , rape , kidnapping , sexual assault children and cannibalism.

20 YEAR OLD LABORER FROM GURGRAM CASE

A man admitted to raping the corpse of numerous of his victim in order to satiate his lust for sex and maximize his catch.

SKARKUR LUCAS CASE

 

A cementry attented from Ghana admitted on a live streaming news channel in 2015 that he had many times sex with the dead bodies of girls in the mortuary because he didn't have a girlfriend😅.
